FirmVice Mini: self-centring CNC vice
Compact workholding for CNC milling. FirmVice Mini brings together a 0–110 mm clamping range, quick-change smooth jaws and a 115 × 75 mm footprint. Both jaws move together to centre the workpiece. If you know it as a self-centering CNC vise, this is the same principle. Tool steel construction with a raw machined / ground finish.
Removable dual-station jaws include 3 mm deep smooth steps. Mount the Mini on a compatible 52 mm zero-point system with suitable Lang-style or 5th Axis-style pull studs, use the side clamping slots, or bolt it directly to a table, fixture or tombstone with M6 hardware on 50 mm centres.
One vice is £300 excluding VAT (£360 including UK VAT). A pair is £500 excluding VAT (£600 including UK VAT), with free UK delivery.
